Who it’s for
Leaders who initiate change and the team members who bring it to life. Any role, any level, any industry.
What you’ll do
This is a working session, not a presentation. You’ll map the changes in motion for your team and for yourself, and you’ll test two questions against that map. Do people actually understand what’s coming? Is there real capacity to take it on? You’ll work on your own, in small groups, and with a partner, using the Readiness Checklist as your guide.
What you’ll leave with
A clear picture of what your team is carrying, the one place where readiness needs attention first, and a written commitment to act on it. You’ll also have a partner checking in with you within 14 days, so the work keeps moving after the session ends.

How registration works
Complete your payment, then choose your date and answer a few short questions. Your confirmation email includes your Google Meet link, and we’ll send a short pre brief before the session.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Transfers
Registrations are nonrefundable. Your registration reserves one seat in one session. If your plans change, you may move to another upcoming date at least 5 business days before your session using the reschedule link in your confirmation email. If you can’t attend, a colleague may take your seat. To transfer your seat, email Admin@LuminaNorthGroup.com with your colleague’s name and email at least 2 business days before the session.
Each session requires a minimum number of participants. If we need to cancel a session, we will email you a list of all upcoming dates so you can choose a new one, or we will issue a full refund. The choice is yours.
