Assessment responses: When you complete the Change Readiness Assessment, we collect your answers and the names and roles of any contributors you choose to list.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe shares limited details with us, such as your name, email, organization, and the amount paid.

Session participation: During live sessions, we may collect responses you enter in polls or chat. We do not record sessions unless we tell participants in advance.

Website information: Like most websites, our site may collect basic usage information, such as pages visited and browser type, through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to register you for sessions and send confirmations, reminders, and session materials; to prepare your assessment report and follow up conversation; to process payments and send receipts; to send occasional emails about our sessions, resources, and services, which you can opt out of at any time; to improve our sessions and website; and to respond to your questions.

Your responses are confidential. Assessment responses are used only to prepare your report and are not shared outside LuminaNorth Group. We may use anonymized, combined results that cannot identify you or your organization to improve our work.

How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for them to provide their services. These include HubSpot (contact management and email), Calendly (session scheduling), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email, calendar, and Google Meet), Mentimeter (live polling), Zapier (connecting these tools), and WordPress (our website). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Admin@LuminaNorthGroup.com. Some information may be kept as required for tax and business records.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
