These terms apply to the sessions, assessments, and resources offered by LuminaNorth Group LLC (“LuminaNorth Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through luminanorthgroup.com. By registering for a session, purchasing an assessment, or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms.

Complimentary Sessions and Resources

Our complimentary webinars and downloadable resources, including the Change Readiness Checklist, are offered at no cost. When you register or download, you agree to receive occasional emails from LuminaNorth Group. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Workshops

Registrations are nonrefundable. Your registration reserves one seat in one session.

Rescheduling: You may move to another upcoming date at least 5 business days before your session using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.

Transfers: If you cannot attend, a colleague may take your seat. To transfer your seat, email Admin@LuminaNorthGroup.com with your colleague’s name and email at least 2 business days before the session.

Minimum participation: Each session requires a minimum number of participants. If we need to cancel a session, we will email you a list of all upcoming dates so you can choose a new one, or we will issue a full refund. The choice is yours.

Change Readiness Assessment

All assessment purchases are nonrefundable. You will receive a written report within 5 business days of your submission. Your report reflects your organization as of the date you submit. Your purchase includes one complimentary 30 minute follow up conversation, which should take place within 30 days of receiving your report.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Promotional codes are valid only through their stated expiration date, cannot be combined, and have no cash value.

Use of Materials

All session content, worksheets, checklists, reports, and related materials are the property of LuminaNorth Group and are provided for your personal and organizational use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use them to deliver training or consulting services to others without our written permission. Sessions may not be recorded by participants.

Session Conduct

Our sessions are working sessions built on open conversation. We ask participants to treat what others share with respect and confidentiality. We may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts the session, without refund.

Not Professional Advice

Our sessions and resources offer general guidance on navigating organizational change. They are not legal, financial, or human resources advice, and outcomes depend on how they are applied within your organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuminaNorth Group’s total liability for any claim related to our sessions, assessments, or resources is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to any purchase or registration made after its effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
